The application procedures vary depending on the degree objective and degree program, e.g. some degree programs have a limited number of study places and therefore an internal university NC. Achievement recognition and semester classification are relevant if you are a student who has already completed coursework in the same or a similar subject at another university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The German Rectors’ Conference has created a website with information<\/a> on recognition and credit transfer at universities. There you will find lots of useful information on the subject and can get an initial overview of the options for credit transfer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need a subject semester classification <\/strong>for your application to JGU Mainz, please send the pre-filled form (subject semester classification) as well as a current overview of your previous studies by e-mail. In this e-mail, please also state what you have studied at which university and which degree program you would like to apply for at JGU. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \n<\/jgu-base-buttonitem>\n\n<\/jgu-base-buttonitem>\n\n<\/jgu-base-button>\n\n\n


After admission, you can also apply for recognition of<\/strong> your achievements by email. To do this, complete the form (Recognition) and send it together with a transcript of records. If it is not clear from your transcript of records, please also attach a written list of areas relevant to political science,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
